Who doesn’t love pizza? Especially big families. My family can’t go without a good pizza night. Most doughs make me regret pizza night and that is why I have learned to make my own. With the sourdough starter, my sister left me I have begun to make everything we eat that is dough based on sourdough.
Pizza dough is so simple to make. I typically start my dough at about 1 pm and it is out of the oven by 6 pm. We have used several different toppings for pizza. Kids like BBQ Chicken, Buffalo Chicken (still have to try making), pepperoni, and of course pepperoni/pineapple. I am not going to make you search for the recipe in a crazy long blog post. I hate it when I try to find one and it’s forever long!
